I'll say it, the Mod 1 is easy. Just remember, if you're doing it on a 125, open the throttle all the way as soon as you can for both the emergency stop and the swerve test, you don't want to fail for not going fast enough.

Other than that, and keeping your nerve and head up on the U-turn (Find a point on the horizon, stare at it and you'll find the bike comes 'round naturally), nothing to worry about.

+1 on look where you want to go, it'll make the u turn and figure of eight easy peasy.

As for the speed trap for emergency stop and hazard avoidance...remember you get to have a second chance if you don't get the speed first time.

So...remember to breath...remember to look where you're going and above all else, remember that you can always do it again...

but you won't need to
