IF the forecast stays good I'll be finding a nice quite beach to walk along and sunbathe on.

Not much bikey for me as it needs a service and I never have time to get it in.

Tonight, driving down to port eynon, on the gower penisula, friends holiday bungalow. was gonna ride down but wife aint 100% after being ill and my shoulder is killing me

Tomorrow, chilling down there,
Sunday, chilling again, watch world cup final,

Tonight - Hunstanton for chips and ice cream by the sea
Tomorrow - Riding
Sunday - Riding (and maybe an ickle wickle bit of housework....perhaps!!)

Hopefully between the rides there'll be time for some good food and good loving too

Everywhere local to me is booked up for weekends until september, so I need to get in on a weekday, I have 3 days off at the end of the month so will sort it then.

Yes, I could change the oil and filter but I want the brakes and front suspension refreshed too.

Tonight- Picking drew up from the train station after a long week without him!
tomorrow- staying in bed as long as possible and then off to drew's mum for a BBQ
sunday- spending as much time with Drew until I have to take him to the station for his train back to London
