Amazon support - Good experience!

Just thought this was worth mentioning. I ordered something a month ago and forgot all about it until a friend mentioned that they were waiting for a delivery, then I remembered ordering something from Amazon and that I cant remember getting it. So I got home and had a look around and could see nothing.

Sent a message explaining that I had forgotten about it and that I ordered it over a month ago but it never turned up and asked if there was anything that could be done.

Got a message back the next working day (I sent the message at 6pm to be fair!) saying that they had dispatched another item and that they had upgraded the postal from super saver (yes im a Yorkshire man!) to first class all free of extra charge.

Very impressed with how pain free it was and how they dealt with it and the timely manner.

So Cheers to Amazon for a job well done...
