Default I hurt

Just been to see the quack, back on the Tramadol.

Anyone else with a bad back out there. I sympathise, especially as I have a wife who works on orthopaedics who simply rings out the mantra. The best thing for a bad back is to use it. And because I would rather suffer (and moan) than take the medication. They are called pain killers for a reason.

Mine was damaged 30 years ago, I had a bad parachute landing where I went down a slit trench on the former wwII airfield and the next day saw my brothers car coming off a jack whilst he was still under it and I took the weight whilst he got his backside out

Might work for the pain associated with her strained jaw resulting from extreme nagging

I feel for you Tim, I have been on Tramadol and really suffered on it too. If you are taking that, then it is pretty nasty and severe pain in my view!

Hope that your pain eases soon. Gentle exercise like swimming might help you, but in truth any kind of neuropathic pain like that is both depressing and exhausting. Be careful of the side effects if you drive.

Last night was marvellous, pain free. But trying to keep the pills to a minimum and only take then a couple of hours before bed, so back hurts again this morning but I want to stay awake.

As for the Scottish linctus one GP did advice me to take the pills with a good measure. The know all wife said he cannot say that, but as he uses the same boozer as me, he knows I know a good measure.
