My SV1000 has the standard brushed metal looking standard cans and I have thought about polishing them so they are shiney.
I just wondered if anyone else has done this or if it's possible? ![]() |

yer it is possible, however you will have to go with the lines in the cans otherwise it will leave the polish in the groves. it does look quite good afterwards though if you put in the effort.

It looks good, briefly, but then you're obliged to keep a constant cycle of polishing or they look dreadful.
I'm not saying don't, just be advised that it's a work that must be kept up.
