Its all GGs fault, making me carrot cake recipes. Now I have the bug, its somewhat theraputic! Especially when your baby screams all day. Its nice to bake cakes wit no1 son...thats our time

frickin awesome. Its like a gateau. I served it with fresh whipped cream Only thing is, the recipe doesn't measure enough filling and topping. Its needs a fair bit more. BUT....one slice and thats it, so must be good!
