Varies greatly.
When I'm in the office down south I have noodles with piri piri chicken and sweet chilli sauce almost everyday. When I am at home like today I nip round to cooplands bakery and buy a tikka baguette and maybe a cookie. When in Denmark I try and avoid eating lunch because the restaurant serves some really weird EU stuff.

Usually chicken with rice/pasta/potato and some veg. Or if I'm feeling lazy the night before work I'll just take a tuna sandwich.
