k2 GSXR 1000 fork conversion, Curvy.
I recently managed to acquire a set of GSXR 1000 forks which Im planning to attatch to my 2001 SV.
Can anyone recommend a good method for modifying the steering stops in order to get them to work with the new forks? Also Im looking at getting some K5/K6 GSX-R 1000 upper and lower triple clamps to solve the ignition lock problem (ignition mount strait ahead). Has any one fitted these to their SV and if so does the steering lock work after? Ive run a few searches but couldnt find answers to these questions. This is my first post so if it has come up before just say and ill search harder! Thanks |
