i have put a deposit on something chav'y ...

ok so went down to landan (as londoners call it) to see a car, well ended up putting a deposit on it

and hear it is (add photos)









all it needs now is a 8000w sub and some gold tat to polish the looks off

haha

ohh its quite quick for a car, its a vtr 1.6 8v with 98bhp at the wheels and weighs 980kg wet and its going to lose a few KG's as well

a 1.2 is £100 less insurance for me so might as well just get a 1.6 at least it will be better on the mway

and speed play its only going to do about 8,000miles for the rest of its life

but yes i know what you mean as regards to fixing it although this one has service history by main dealer till 2008

Yeah my brothers was the 1.6VTR. It surprisingly shifted quick on a motorway, but was flippin noisy! Fell to pieces eventually, but it served him very well, had it for years.
You may as well go for that if theres not so much difference in cost.

yup this is a vtr, wanted the vts but its insurance group 14

im guessing this will cause me some jip but for £995 cant complain apart from it has MOT next month

I like they way the seller has taken photos during the day, when you can't see the neon lights under the sills, or the blue LEDs behind the front grille.

But look on the bright side, at least it's not a Nineties Nova.

I had the 2L VTS. Engine was fine, but everything electrical just went wrong, indicators, elec windows, climate - even the lights went into swedish mode.
Hope you checked it out.

^ sallright that is, found them expensive though
