i got one from asda, 30 quid, it plugs into the scart socket on my sky and it comes with a "magic eye" to change channels on the sky from the other room. it takes a bit of playing with to get it perfect. once its up and working i havent had a problem, mine is from the living room at the front of the house to a bedroom upstairs at the back

Intersting, I looked up reviews for this sort of thing a while ago and the concesus was that they were crap, and cost a lot more than £30. What do you mean by "playing about" and does it interfere with wifi, if you have it?

its got a wire which acts as an antenna, you just have to position the wire correctly to ensure you get the best reception, it has 4 channels so you can choose one which has a different frequency so it doesnt get affected by things like wifi or micorwaves
