They're good aren't they! Usually try to get to a few every year, and rarely miss the GBBF at Earls Court. It's a great opportunity to demonstrate that despite the Notherners delusions, real beer comes from the south.

They are. Tried some proper nice beer yesterday.
It's always a struggle to decide what you are going to have next so have decided to try one beer from a brewery from every letter of the alphabet. Got up to I yesterday and will be back down there in the afternoon and evening.

Tend to avoid the saturday evenings cos all the chavs come out and start acting like *****s. They genuinely expect that there should be Stella or Fosters and start being ****s when they are told theres not...and then they head over to the Cider tent cos they don't like real beer and tend to drink it like it strongbow not really taking into account the 7.5%abv...oh and complaining that theres no Strongbow, Bulmers, Magners or they can't get a glass of ice.

The local pub near work (http://www.theaa.com/pubs/hedgerley-...e-horse-376189) has a beer festival this weekend. I popped by at lunchtime to see how it was looking, and can confirm that the cider's ready to drink.

One of my mates was driving so I had a second pint. <hic!>
