Its the fact that the police appear to turn up to stop them that concerns me.
"Officer, theres been a crime!" "Oh really sir, something I can ignore, like theft or burglary, causing misery and large financial loss, for which I can issue a reference number for the insurance and go back to my subsidised canteen?" "No officer, its consenting adults chasing a cheese down a hill". "Cyril, fire up the blues and twos, we got some right slags to apprehend!".
