Change of plan-i can't bring myself to get rid of everything so i'm keeping my S.


The Phoenix project -sv650 naked t reg in pearl canyon yellow, bought from a member on here with the intention to rebuild but i've had enough of bikes at the moment so its all going-bottom end has gone in the engine, replacement included but needs two helicoils (supplied)fitted to mounting bolt holes, comes with replacement bars ,brand new never been used fuel tank, replacement tacho decals,rebuilt brake calipers (front and rear), new never fitted mini indis, new air and oil filters,bust engine included and i'll throw in another engine that has been used for spares but is 90% complete (should be able to build an engine from the two bust ones i'd think)- standard can, box of spares also included (carbs,thermostats,nuts and bolts,rear disc, sprockets etc loads of spares and i mean loads)-once the engine is fitted this bike will be sound -due to all the spares included £850 takes it.

60 plate K9 SV650S in Black. Only done 550 miles fsh - £3500

how come?-biking everyday at work has killed the enjoyment of riding for me,i can't remember the last time i rode the bike purely for fun, i get almost taken out by car drivers everyday who don't see me (even wearing police hi vis bike gear), the time aspect of things regarding weight training means i'm in the gym at 05.30 and once i've done my shift come 16.00 i'm done and just want to jump in the car and drive home safely-i thought about this for a while and was thinking maybe just to change bike etc but i know myself what needs done.
Pics will be up later once the mrs comes in and i get out to the garage, front and rear paddock stands,carbtune, decals etc also gonna be up for sale.
I've some old kit thats seen better days but will maybe do someone a turn so once i get the bikes away anyone that wants it can have it for postage or collect.

Sorry to hear you're turning that way. But I can't help but think that perhaps it's the way you ride? In almost 10 years of riding, I have only had a handful of near misses and I've rode 4 of those years in heavy traffic in central london.

Don't do it!!

But if you do, buy a silly, totally unsuitable car to replace the bikes. Like an RX8 or something.
