Belly Pan Fitting Kit (K7)

Hi, anyone know where I can pick up a belly pan fitting kit for my K7 at a reasonable cost? The genuine Suzuki one (990D017G70HAL) is just shy of £90 which I thought seemed rather expensive though I don't know what parts it comprises of.

Better just making your own aluminium ones.

Left hand ones


Right hand front one, which I changed so that it's totally hidden when the bellypan is fitted


The back right one is a little more complicated because it sticks out about an inch from the engine mount bolt but you could use washers or some cut down alu pipe

Many thanks for very professional set of drawings if you don't mind me saying so! I reckon you've done this sort of thing before! Right rear looks a bit of a sod but lets see what we can do. Are there any other bits in the kit and what bolts / fasteners are employed please?

Yeh the rear right could be tricky. I already had that standard alu one luckily.

For each hole in the fairing there should be a rubber grommit and metal sleeve to stop the bolt cracking the plastic when it is tightened. Did you not get anything with your bellypan? Bolt sizes, em I think they're all M6 and I just used ones I had in an assorted tub.
