My www.topyokes.com handlebar conversion kit, with Renthal bars, billet top yoke and everything needed to fit it on ebay:

I have just checked the part numbers for a top yoke on an 04 thou' against an 04 650 and they are different.

Also the thou' kit is £25 more from top yokes so I am guessing there must be a difference somewhere!

yes the shock tubes are different sizes, 650 i think are 41mm and the 1000 are 44mm (from memory)
everything else is the same tho.
my bro RATED this A++++ for anyone doing long journeys or wrist problems.
easy to fit too!!!

Thanks for clearing that up!

I agree, they were comfy, no sign of aching wrists on the longish trip I did on it (240 mile round journey over a weekend).

Conversion back took me around 2 hours and the brakes were a pain to bleed, so I am guessing around the same time to fit the kit.
