Default K3 Not revving past 8k

Afternoon all, have noticed recently that the bike is not revving past 8/9k, regardless of speed or gear. Bike is absolutely great below those revs-runs and pulls as it should do.
Tried searching a few thread on here and on google.
Some of the items i should be looking at are;
Air Filter
spark Plugs
TPS
Fuel delivery
Compression
Valve tolerances

Best to start with the basic stuff 1st. What is the best way to check fuel delivery;
pipes routed well, not cracked/leaking
injectors getting fuel through
fuel filter not blocked

Any other input/tips of what i should be looking for?

TIA

Ecu limiting it due to a fault?. Would the test plug process show anything?

is the bike jerking at 8/9k or just a smooth drop off?

how well does it start?

will it rev past 8/9k in neutral?

is there a slight hissing or parping sound?

you can rule out the air filter unless its completely blocked with a birds nest.

Not tried revving it that high in neutral (yet)
Drops off and then starts to become jerky.
Starts on the button every time, never had any starting issues with it.
Can't hear any un-normal sound, the power simply disappears
it's k & n, so cleaned and refreshed it anyway.

Battery is good, hols just over 13v and charging is at 14.5 v. Well within the specified ranges.

Update;
Have checked air filter, cleaned and refreshed. Was clean anyway.
Checked fuel lines-all good, no kinks, cracks or leaks.
Got the spark plugs out. They have a bit of soot on them are are still at 0.75mm gap.

Got new spark plugs and installed them. Bike revs absolutely fine to 11k.
Going to go out for a ride on it tomorrow and see if it still lacks power. Hoping that something i have done today has cured it, if not at least i've narrowed down the list of things to check!
