Hi,
The time has come on the SV to order a new set of pads as my stopping power over the last few weeks has become non existent and also i'm getting the annoying buzzing noise from the front end when the brakes are applied! My question is which pads should i be ordering? My riding consists of the odd weekend blast and a daily commute of only 10/15 miles. Cheers Mason |

I'm a big fan of SBS brake pads, the street excel range sounds suitable for you

Personally I always go for EBC pads. HH front and gg rear. Part nos for the SV are FA229HH and FA231HH for the front. FA174 for the rear in a pointy and FA063 in a curvy.

If you're currently running semi-metalic pads, and they aren't worn out, just use them hard and they will come back to life.
