Plastic Rivets
...best way to remove them? Please include any tips for not breaking, scratching or otherwise trashing stuff in the process!

AS this says, push the middle bit back through, to achieve this I use a flat small plate like the face of a blade screw driver. They are a PITA and they do break easily, so get on E-bay and buy a bag of 20 for £4.
