frank thomas aqua sports boots (from rivetts)

i bought a pair of the above boots from rivetts in london, noticed after 3months that the sole was delaminating took em back to the shop, they offered to exchange them, waited 5 days went to pick up the new pair and was told they could only repair them and would have to wait another week, so i did, went back to pick up what i thought was my old boots with a new sole, and all i saw was that someone had put a hot knife to the sole to try and repair the damage.....nuff said , steam, anger, extreme anger, I WILL NEVER USE RIVETTS AGAIN.....
