Now I've decided to leave the bike partially faired, I have been thinking of getting radiator guards (for oil and engine radiators). I've been looking at the stainless steel ones that crop up on ebay. I like the look of them and hopefully they'll be functional too.
My question is this: Will having these fitted affect the running temperature of the engine (it is restricting airflow to the radiator, so presumably it will)? Also, if it does, will it be so minor as to not worry about? Cheers. |

I've had a radiator one on my K4 since a week after I bought it.
Never noticed a difference at all. |
