Hope its OK to mention Andy at the Cardiff branch, this guy knows his stuff, he's genuinly helpfull and won't sell you any old cr*p, I've been biking for over 29 yrs and seem and heard a lot of blah blah but every now and then you come across someone who's straight talking and does what it says on the label.
So if any of those other businesses out there are listening, we/I don't want the sales pitch I just want things/products that work!

Yes, I can confirm Cardiff Hein gericke are very good. Very straight with you and they don't try to push the most expensive stuff on you. One time, they even said, (of a bike cover), "bit steep, isn't it? To be honest, I'd get a cheaper one and just give it a good airing every now and then." A mate went there to buy his first lid/gloves and they were very good, didn't try to scare him with any, 'well, to be honest with you mate, anything other than a £400 shoei is useless in a crash' stories, etc.

I've not had dealings with other branches, but the Cardiff boys get a thumbs up from me.

Those boys certainly know their stuff. I know Jabba speaks highly of them also.
