zx6rr shock question/K3 compatibility - SV650.org

apologies if this been asked before, have searched the archive and not come up with the answer

does the kwak zx6rr shock off an 04 bike fit the K3. If so, what mods are likely to be needed to make it fit, eg battery box.

has anyone on here done this mod, would like to hear your feedback on installation.

I think if you go and look at the http://www.svrider.com/ website you find there is aload of people in the States that have done this, I can't help as the only info I have relates to the Curvey model.
