im looking at buying an sv(funnily enough) i got some quotes today... they seem cheap to insure or is it just me???

They are relatively cheap to insure compared with other bikes. Certainly was for me as a new rider compared with anything else.

Yep, cheap for what power they have. Especially if you don't go for comprehensive. Third party fire and theft is very affordable... and another bonus of the bike.

hmm good news then, my last bike was vtr1000,i guess i miss the v twin feeling,i work at a dealership and we've got one in secondhand,k2 7000 odd miles in blu... v tempted.... will keep u posted...

I was also suprised at how cheap the insurance was.
Insurance group 10, which is really good for the performance of the bike.

£175 fully comp last renewal! Being an old git with no hair has it's advantages sometimes.....
