Bez,

What a great link, thanks for that, it puts a whole lot of sense in to the rumours that have been flying around over recent weeks. I would not say that all of the information there is definitive but it really puts you in the loop of the politics and wheeler dealing that goes on behind the scenes.

BTW Loris Capirossi has also got a bill to pay similar to the amount Barros has been hit with. Unfortunately The wee man has been hit by the Italian tax authoritties for under declaration of earnings a few years ago.

I smell a rat here. This is Honda manipulating Moto GP for it's own long term agenda. So they take offense in a very Japanese way and invent an excuse to chase £30 million out of the sport. This following two disastrous years for Mr H.As the external money dries up who will be left to pick up the pieces and dictate terms? The bike company with the greatest amount of money which is ,of course,Honda,so they reestablish their full stranglehold over the sport.
I'd like to see a cap on spending on Moto GP so this could'nt happen but that's pie in the sky as long as Honda runs the show.
