Default Intresting Stuff from Ebike Insurance

Some intresting stuff that ebike sent out to me. The bit about the California Superbike School is intresting for an insurance co.

Quote:
Charity Vote

When an eBike customer has an accident NewLaw are
the team of solicitors who help them get back on
the road.
eBike and Newlaw strongly believe that bikers who
suffer an injury as a result of an accident need
the best possible treatment, advice and assistance
to get them back on the road riding safely as
quickly as possible.
We are putting our money where our mouth is and
giving away £25,000 to 6 charitable organizations
who are doing their bit to prevent motorcycle
accidents and help injured bikers get back on the
road.
We also thought it was necessary to raise the
profile of some of the fantastic work bikers do to
help people all over the world.

We have chosen the following 6 charities:

* MAG
* Riders for Health
* BMF
* County Air Ambulance/
* National Association of Disabled Bikers
* Motorcycle Outreach

Every vote for a Charity will increase the
percentage of the money which that Charity will
receive, so every vote really does count!
If you would like to take part then click on the
link below and choose which of the worthwhile
charities get your vote:

Ive got it on my home insurance at the mo. It gets covered on 'Personal Items' cover. I think that RizlaSV's other half did a claim on his bits though their home policy.

Mrs Biggles is with Ebike and has lots of No Claims.If they start doing cars,could she use her existing policy to add a car and still keep the NCD?I know you can't normally use NCD from a bike policy for a car one.

I would also be interesed to see if it can be done the other way around.

Can I use my 9 years NCD on a bike insurance. As I no longer have a private car.

Although ebike's quote was low anyway

Did you not get an email from them with all this info on, i ot mine this morning.

Its nice to hear of the charitable donation, and seeing as though iv noticed alot of people on this forum switching to them, i hope thier car insurance service will also be cheaper than most too.

I with these guys, as well as a few guys from work. Full comp premium was unbelivably cheap compared to anyway else. Was a little wary at first, but a friend had is Ducati nicked and had no problems getting a payout.

Nice to the stuff about the California Superbike School - I wonder what they take is on trackdays?!

I got a letter from California Superbike about this, although it seems you dont need to be an E bike customer to qualify. CSS have a tie up which allows you to buy track insurance for the day.

There is a difference between CSS and a track day though, they run a riding school based on a track
