Default Intro Monster goes to 695 and gets various tweaks

The lads in Ducati have applied a bit of spit 'n polish to the first rung on the Monster ladder [400cc example exempted]. A jump in capacity to 695cc sees power blossom to 73 ponies allied to 62Nm, pretty much on par with outputs of the SV now. Some nicely applied colour scheme options and the usual list of decent equipment, Marzocchi 43mm inverted forks plus Sachs rear shock, round off a rather tempting Italian package. All the ingredients of a continued sucess really.

Wonder if they sorted the ground clearance and the truly appalling steering lock. Oh and the italian electrics (a dancer at my old company had one, it died quite often due to these). Hope they still do the dark version, I thought the matt black was good looking (plus a bit cheaper). Still got its looks though.

A girlie here used to have a monster (Probably still does) It lived outside all its life and was serviced on the nose. It had done 48000 miles when she left here, and it had never had a single thing wrong with it. Just the luck of the draw i suppose
