As i heard a lot of you praise these i thought i would have a go at using them for my service.
This is the first time i take a bike in for a service.
I have no idea about how much it's going to cost and what they will do.
Can anyone give me an educated guess what to expect when it comes to open the wallet for this?

I allso asked them to balance my carbs and he said that would be maybe another 40 quid, and i can live with that.

All I can say is that it would cost you less than a main dealer and the service will be better.

It's difficult for me to say how much as usually, when I have a service, I have other work done too. I've had a bill for 400 quid, but that included tyres, remap, plus some other upgrades.

After he came out to get me & my SV last week (when I binned it) he won't take any money from me as he says "I'm a good customer". That's what he's like, a decent bloke...

Sounds fantastic!
Just hope my bill doesn't come to 400 for a regular service

Thanks for the reply

Dude, that's an understatement. Thought I was going mad when I went there the first time. Knew I was in the right place, but damned if I could find it. A quick call later and all became clear.

Sounds like i should accept the offer of directions here

I know where it is looking at local.google.co.uk, but if it's hard to see when you are actually there, now thats different.

The entrance is not on the main road. You have to go down a small alley and then round the back of a couple of back gardens.

yep, and drive real slow as you only see the alleyway and sign at the last minute! Definitely worth the effort to find though

in my experience not only are his prices very fair, but it's all the little things he'll do for free just because he notices they need doing.

i was also impressed by the fact he called up a day later to make sure i was happy with everything he'd done.
