Default It has been short, but a pleasure!!

Only had my SV K5S since Nov 05. New.

My first bike and a great one too. My only moan is the build quality, treated it better than wife through winter, still furring etc on bolts. Finish on bike not that great, but riding can't be faulted.

Test drove an R6 and a Kwak ZX6R yesterday. ZX6R wins hands down. Awesome bike!

Anyway, picking her up Friday after getting a good deal including px on the SV.

Would like to say, I didn't post many times, but this is an excellent forum, where any question gets answered.

I'll still view as it has lots of useful biking info on here, its been a pleasure and good luck .

Ride safe. Remember, arive alive.

In general terms I think a lot of people have grown up to biking on this form as the SV is extremely popular 1st bike and a good stepping stone for born agains.
Because we have made so many friends on the form and through its social life,
even if we do progress to other models or size up,or both,we still like to retain or
connections with the SV site-----------as in my case anyway and I would hate to think that just because we don,t ride SV's anymore we would be excommunicated

If I'd had a big garage and the money I'd have kept the SV.
