Default Silver vs gold- democracy in action

Northwind reserves the right to ignore the results of this poll

What looks better? The silver wheels to match the frame and stripes, or the gold for a bit of show and bling. The gold photos are better, and cleaner, and have the hugger and bellypan on, so don't let that sway you...

I'm not usually a fan of gold on bikes, but I do like those.
Maybe I just have something against silver wheels, since I'm changing mine soon.

Presumably the gold would be painted, while for the silver you could have your original wheels polished?

I'd say silver.................but then we have purple wheels so what do I know?

Tbh Id say Silver.

The Gold wheels would look ok if you also did the frame in gold imho.

Gold should be minimal at best.

Nah, the silver ones are standard, the gold ones are powdercoated. This is how we did it before Photoshop

The silver is very subtle, the gold makes the bike stand out more. I'd go for the gold.

I like the gold better. If you go a bit further and paint the stripes Yellow / Gold then you have got the Team Lotus paint scheme from the 60's before they started putting sponsorship on their cars.
