Why not ?

If you look in the For Sale section, you might just find what you're looking for

If you are considering putting a Scorpion onto you bike try giving Diamond Motorsport a ring on 01652 688111.

I had to search all my old posts to find that info.

These were defo the cheapest when I was buying and the service was excellent.
The guy is called Jago Chapman and he goes to all the events selling Scorpion cans.

Try them out.

Default scorpion

I ordered my can through my local J&S (Watford) and picked it up the same week. May have paid a bit more but if I should get any problems with it, the plan is that it becomes J&S's problem.....

Hope I wont have to put it to the test.

Got my high level oval scorpion from scorpion website, £160 but a while back. Went for high level coz crash resistant, protected by pillion foot peg as crash test demonstrated .

I do love it but agressive power boost spoilt by all round messy power curve (unoticed in the city, frustrating in open ground) and top speed drop (5-10 mph on my 99 curvy) aint got round to dyno/rejet/kn filter/ignition advancer bla bla as you don't.

Also sound isnt as gud as it could be. Is loud (with power castrating mute option) but kinda cheep/tinny/unsophisticated.

Massive change in bike attitude and rider's and wouldn't have a bike with standard can again- but wish I had a little higher quality exhaust note.

Must agree - my K3 came with a Scorpion - much better than standard sound-wise, but it has had a K&N and an injection remap aswell (no I didnt pay for that, I saw the invoice - although as it was a mates bike I did ride before and after and it is prob worth it!!!). If I was buying would stump up / hold out for secondhand Remus/Yoshi/Akra etc. They just sound better and for me thats half the reason for putting a can on anyway.... louder = safer?? mmmmmm of course it is....

Any comments on M4s? Looking at a bike with one but don't know how it sounds.

My parents are against it, wish id never asked their opinion... well anyway they seem to think its a bad idea because of emmisions cos the standard exhaust on a K5 i think has a cat, anyone know for certain of what difference to emmisions a de-cated exhaust ell make? (incase i can tell them it dont matter).

Make sure they write this down for you on a piece of paper, get them to sign off on it, and give you a copy, and make sure they re-do this EVERY YEAR. You should be nice and safe then.
