Default Picture needed....

I was wondering if someone could like take a picture of the soft link of their chain so i can see how much it needs to be flared. I noted that some people said it requires a high amount of effort to flare the pins adequately. I got a Motrax chain break/press/rivet kit, and it all went fine, I just dont know how much it needs to be flared. I just dont want the chain coming off again. I thought someone maybe helpful enough to take a picture of theirs, ive looked all over the net and couldnt find pics. Any help appreciated.

Cheers

Does the ends really have to be that pressed?? I have an Iris chain and just got a replacement link, it says in the kit not to overtighten it, otherwise it will overtighten the link. i was just wondering what sort of tension is required to effectively flaring the end of the pin. I was putting quite a bit of force on mine but obviously dont want to snap it!

Couldn't tell you as the bike shop did mine for free. but I know he tighten it checked it was still free then tightened it again till he felt a slight resistence, the same as the links next to it perhaps.
