Not sure how to describe this but when im coming to a stop the front end feels really juddery and theres an occasional clunk as I apply the front brake to slow down.
Could the juddering be my wheel bearings, or something to do with the forks? |

check the disc buttons they should be loose but not too loose try getting the front end off the ground and spin the wheel check that the disc are not warped if ok take the wheel of and check the bearings while the wheel is off check for movement in the head stock bearings by rocking the forks back and forwards

Yes any of the above but sounds suspiciously like loose head bearings, as my bike was like this (from new!) until Rictus tighterned up the head bearings for me.
