Default Air conditioners

I posted a while back on this - did some research and finally settled on a Airforce 12,000 BTU thing. I got it from B&Q of all places. It's only been going half an hour and it's getting like a fridge in here!! Not bad at all but it's not as quiet in operation as I thought it would be. It cost £250 but it's worth it - it was roasting in here earlier on. And it only costs 1p an hour to run.

Thats what i have (or thereabouts - mine was from Homebase).
An essential item for all cabin style home offices!

Mind you, today isnt warm enough to use it. hooray for good ol' British weather.

Actually, he's doing his bit to heat it up as the vented air will be warm

Patio heaters are the worst though - not only do they directly heat the atmosphere but they emit loads of CO2, etc to keep the heat in, too.

On that level, Ed's not so bad

Fantastic, ive thought about getting one of these for the past 2 years, my bedroom hits 30degrees very easily with all the heat from the house and the boiler in the room next door.

Might have to invest this year!
