Default which high-level can?

I am after a new exhaust. I want it to be:

- road legal
- removable & replaceable baffle - ie bolted rather than rivetted
- high-level
- not stupidly expensive - ie ally/stainless

I am looking at CCC & scorpion. any opinions or other suggestions?

CCC =

The baffles on my CCC are rivited, but I think the majority are arn't they?!

In my oppinion, with the baffles in the CCC cans are loud enough.
But I live in a built up area and don't really want to pee people off more than I have to.

blue flame all the way but you will have to spend around 250 for a decent one. the dual ones are better

CCC.

Cheap, quick delivery (get it off ebay) and well liked on this forum.

Or if you are like me, buy whatever 51mm slip on can you want off ebay and buy a high level link pipe yourself.

Heard alot of good things about the CCC cans, a mate has a very nicely built pair on a falco.
I have also spoken to a guy who is having trouble with a high level CCC system.
I am looking for a similar exhaust and he contacted me about the problem and said there is currently a flaw with the high level design.

So I then emailed CCC about buying a high level exhaust and mentioned that I can bring the bike over if they need to measure anything etc... and got no response.

Fuel on the other hand responded in a day.

Both good.

I had a Scorpion on mine and it sounded great, was reasonably priced and well made.

From what I remember, Ride ran a test of different exhausts in a recent issue, and Scorpion came out on top for BHP increase both with and without doing the whole power commander thingy. Dunno if that helps you make up your mind at all...
