Default Cheap bt020

What the best price anyone has had for these tyres, this includes fitting even if you bought them online and got them fitted somewhere else.

Cheers

In the past I've paid £180 ride in, ride out. But they're expensive and IMO not worth the extra. Whereas three years ago most peeps were putting on 020s, today the majority of tyres fitted to the SV are either the Conti Road Atack, or the Metzeler Z6 — by way of comparison.

to the metzeler's offer more grip/longer life, more grip/shorter life, longer life/less grip?

How much are a set of Z6's, i'm going touring and i need a tyres that going to last a while annoyingly its the front thats going so i problay wont be changing the brand until the rear is done.

I've been comparing the rears- got an 020 on my spare and a Roadtec on my main wheel. They're closed than I'd thought, but the 020s seem to overheat if worked hard- it spins up coming out of corners I've riden a hundred times onthe roadtecs without complaint, when they've been working hard, but it's absolutely fine when less hard worked. Still quite impressed, I can see why so many folks rate them. I'd buy Roadtecs though. Should be less pricey too.
