Default Rear Hugger Question!!!!! Much Urgency! :o(

Right got my rear hugger on-ish my bike.

It's a red fox.

Question: the brake hose securing bracket - is it meant to go back onto the bare metal or over the top of the rear hugger?

I don't thin kit'll fit underneath as the side of the hugger gets in the way....and it'll only fit over the top if I bend the bracket a bit.

I'm meant to be getting home to meet a pretty girl at 8pm and I need a shower and this is really beginning to BUG me!!!!

Can anyone help me?

Thanks
