Default Exhaust on SV 1000S

I have a sv 1000s K5 and my I saw a RSV millie with an Arrow exhaust system with the two cans stacked one on top of the other both on the right side of the bike a bit like the exhausts on a Ducati Monster s2R. Anyone know if this is available for the SV? I have tried looking at the Arrow site but it does not have a lot of information on there. Also the SV 1000 S has two exhaust cans is it possible to change this to just have one can like the SV 650? Does this impact on performance etc?

Cheers for any info I am just looking for some ideas on exhausts to make the bike look a little different from everything else out there.

Sure someone will be along to correct me, but I'm pretty sure that some Sv thou's have single cans without any performance issues and I believe there are quite a few Tl owners who have gone that route and claimed the HP has increased. Although I think it depends on the system.

Someone who does TL single cans should be able to do Sv's I would have thought.

M4 I believe do and others can be found on www.tlzone.net

Doesn't sound very nice to be honest but it may be a good move to ask the question here...

Thought i read somewhere that exhausts ending in a single outlet are for high rev performance (jap inline fours)and having twin cans promotes more mid-range power (blackbird, busa, zzr-1400). There are lots of exceptions to this though (italian sports twins, err... sv650) so i might be wrong.

I have the high level single M4 system on my SV1000s and it's upped the power buy about 8bhp (including other mods).

LOOKS SWEET TOO!

I looked at buying an SV1000 with this system on it before I bought my GSXR. I never heard it running but it did look good.

Sounds and looks good, I agree that the SVs should have duel pipes but the weight save and sporty look do it for me to be honest.
