Default Oops, nearly dropped it!

While trying to adjust the chain.

Bike was up on a paddock stand while I was trying to loosen the rear spindle nut. The chain adjuster was gouging big grooves in the swingarm as usual and I got distracted and lifted it clean off the stand. Caught it tho, just about.

Gonna get a new adjuster plate as this is so bendy now it spins when tightening as well as loosening off.

Don't really want to change like for like but haven't seen any alternatives.

I loosen the axle nut before getting it up on the stand, easier.
Do you have cups or hooks 'n' bobbins on your paddock stand?

It says so in the handbook but I find it easier on a stand as I can spin the wheel to find the tight spot. I check it afterwards on the sidestand and it's the same.
