The only thing that does not work is the fuel injection warning. For obvious reasons. It just says "Check" constantly. The only other issue is the tacho. Mine bounces around and does not indicate the proper revs of the engine. This is because on the pointy the wire goes back to the ECU, something that the curvy bike does not have. I have been told that an electrical signal leveller is required, but got no further than that.
The speedo, all the idiot lights and the displays work just fine. The only other issue is that the curvy bikes have two fuel warning level wires where as the pointy clock only has one. I have wired in the upper of the two wires. It means when the fuel warning light comes on, I know I have about another 50 miles to go before it runs out. Look in the how to section on the main site. I submitted a word document that explains which colour coded wire from the loom should be connected to the pointy clock. |
