Default Wasted Afternoon

I thought I'd strip of the top yoke of me bike so that I could get the Renthal bars on a see how much slack I had in my cables. That way I could be sure what cables I need to order for the conversion. I do it on the crashed SV so that I wouldn't have to put my works bike back together, plus both where having the job done so I could leave the other one ready.
But no things where not going to go that way...
First one of the alloy bolts holding the right front panel on just spun round and wouldn't come out, so I've had to cut the head off. Then another only just got chewed up by the allen key, so I decided to drill it out. I didn't realise how **** my drill bits where and they heat the bolt up and it melted the panel! After that I thought it couldn't get worse and things seem to be going well. Few more stiff blots getting the front panel off, but they free up.
So I start loosing all the bolts round the yokes and bars, all sweet, but then the top yoke nut won't budge... I heave and strain but I don't have a 'breaker bar' so all my effort is wasted...
Until next time I and get that bar...

This is the bike as it is at the moment...

Actually I think everyone could have TSM styling quite easily. It's not exactly a trade secret on how you got yours to look so, err, unique, is it.

it is said that all crashes are diffrent, so the little detail bits will be diffrent

Saying that the bike proves popular.

I'd say very few people have the... commitment? But it's still a rather cool bike.

Well it shouldn't be staying like that... Just need to lay my hands on that breaker bar, then the fairing (hacked down) can go back on.
Might leave it and get the MOT sorted so I can atleast ride it.
