Stebel Magnum horn - fitting - SV650.org

Just bought a Stebel Magnum horn (Halfords - £13.95) for my K3 S pointy.

Any top tips on fitting? It looks fairly straight forward, although I may need a longer fitting bracket.

Any advice much appreciated.

It might need a relay to run right... I had a Stobel Nautilus briefly before I got the FIAMMs, and none were happy with the stock wiring- the FIAMMS just click while the Stobel ran at very low power.

I mounted mine on my K4 using the stuff in the pack, off of one of the bolts on the left side of the radiator (pretty close to the original horn so the extra wiring was easy and the original is still there and easy to go back to if need be). Works fine straight off the battery and takes minutes to fit that way. Need to position it with the horn facing down to stop muck collecting in the horn. It's a bit louder, though not as loud as I'd like.

fitted mine on the radiator on the left hand side on the lower screw for the rad cover used it with the standard wires with no problems
