just having a look,

basically, my father had the ntl bill in his name, and his funds have run dry.
so i need to transfer the payments to my name,

and trying to get through to customer services is a nightmare, no one seems to want to take my call.

if you are willing to swap your phone line too then there are some great deals to be had at the moment. you can even keep your number when u switch and it won't cost a penny extra. some people even offering free broadband if you take their calls packages too.

As a temporary fix until you can sort them out you could set up a regular transfer to your dad's account.

Thats odd, I rang them twice to ask about changing my payment to Direct Debit even though the accounts not in my name? They answered straight away and sorted it all out.
