Default Parking Light

I managed to flatten the battery the other day while fitting a number plate light (switching lights on/off) and was just wondering how long the parking light would stay on without flattening the battery if I ever need to use it.

How long is a piece of string?

Depends entirely on how much charge there is in the battery to start with. When I ran my battery flat to the point the engine wouldn't turn over, I then pushed it with hazards flashing. That lasted all of 10mins (the flashing, not the pushing )

All night I barely had the (main) lights on at all the other day and it managed to flatten the battery.

Obviously curvy's lack the ability to put both indicators on at the same time (like the hazards do on a car).

Pointies can.

Mine only 'broke down' because the Stealership forgot to plug the Reg/Rect. in.
