Default GSX-R Paint Job

Does anyone have 1 on their SV? If so can ya post some pics? How Much would it cost? I think i saw a rizzla paint job on the screensaver earlier!

Have a look at the For sale sv1000special thread it cost me £650.00 using genuine suzuki paint

I dont like it....it makes it look like its trying to pretend to be something its not...a sports bike!

Also what happens if you have an off....no cheap fairing on ebay but a respray etc.

By the time you have paid for it to have been painted, sorted the rear shock/forks, can,tail-tidy etc and whatever other mods you do, you could have had a sports 600 anyway. Thats my logic why i never really did much to my bike......no point spending 1-2k on top of bike value.....when you could have a way better bike for the money!

Why would you want to make your SV look like a GSXR. It'll look terrible.

Why not do something original with the paint job ?

Its your bike, with time,patience and practice, ANYTHING is possible.

In fact think we need a new sticky in the photo forum

So heres a thread, maybe it will become sticky, maybe it wont as it could be seen to be too similar to the "You and your Bike" thread, but the focus should be on the bike

True! It needs a paint anyway i just thought maybe it might look alright.

they can have a tasteful monocolour bike?
