How much for curvey wheels?

Hello.
Can anyone tell me how much i should expect to pay for a set of second hand wheels for my naked curvey?

I am thinking about polishing my wheels and maybe geting my mate to spray the middle bit to match my bike. I saw some pics on here recently and they looked stunning.

The thing is, I want to be able to take my time doing them, so i'd rather buy a spare set and swap them over when finished. When i'm done i can do the same to my original set and stick them on ebay. It will be fun and i might even make a profit!

You will pay about £60 for a rear but the fronts are rarer than hens teeth! Expect to pay upwards of £100.

hmm looks like ruperts are over priced a bit then?

btw is there any difference between wheels from different years - apart from the colour?

i saw a guy on ebay selling a pair of wheels for a curvey and one was grey (like mine) and the other was silver. would they both fit?

ive got a rear wheel if you want it. its in high wycombe and is from a 99 bike and i would like 50 quid for it. postage is going to be costly so pick up if prefered but google does say its 106 miles so its up to you. send me a pm if you want any more info. Its the wheel in this pick but it doesnt have the disk on it anymore as i sold it. also comes with sprocket and axle and bolts and stuff.






EDIT: forgot to say the tire is pretty worn out. i wouldnt want to do any serious millage on it.

have a look at your pms (private messages) in the top right corner of you screen just under the "welcome new leaf" in bold. If you see that you have 1 pm then read it and it will give you my mobile number which means we can actually talk to each other and thus makes life a lot easier. look forward to your call.
