Default Mounting Sat Nav on a Pointy.

Has anyone on here managed to mount Sat Nav on a faired pointy sport.

If so what model sat nav was it.

I have just had a look at the bars on the bike and it looks like there is no where to mount them?

Help please cos I really need this for a trip and don't want to order it to find the mount is load of Wazz for the SV.

Haven't done a sat nav myself, but this stuff is top quality. Used by loads of people.

Yeah I know, thats what comes with the Garmin and the Tomtom, trouble is I can't see how it mounts to the SV S point handle bar arrangement. There is is no room.

I've put my Garmin I3 on the screen using a standard mount with a bolt through it. I took the power from the side lights using a 5 volt reg and an old Garmin cable. Works well

If you go to http://www.ram-mount.com they have a motorcycle wizard that shows you which parts you will need to mount your GPS/SAT NAV.
If you PM me your e-mail I'll sent you some pics of how I have mounted mine, it's on a Triumph Daytona but it may give you some ideas.
