weather is brilliant today (compared to rest of week) but cant go out on bike because i've done my back in in fact i cant do anything

Know how u feel wideboy - I've got a tightend muslce on my neck / shoulder, cant look right, cant lean my head to the right. very painfull recurring thing too, and i dont know why

well me being a man managed to suck up the pain (the wonders of painkillers ) and went out for a 60 mile ride out and around the New Forrest , a bit tight at 1st but soon lossend up, weather was and still is absolutely beautiful.
was going to take some photos but bike is filthy just waiting for it to cool down then will give her a bath

Managed to clean the bike yesterday in between the bouts of rain - including one point where it rained on the freshly polished bits . Then today it's all sunny and I have nowhere to go...I can't just "go for a ride" that easily cos it takes at least 30-45 minutes to get anywhere that isn't "in town".

So I've spent the day cleaning the flat, how clever!

I'm a bit of a wimp then

I find ibuprofen dosnt really do much, nothiing really seems to work. I just have to rest and let it settle. Grrrrrrrrrrr

i stiffen up when i sit down, not been home for long just watching the BSB and its tightened back up again

will try and give the bike a good scrub, think i will take some more pain killers

well i went for a ickle 30 mile ride after work but i saw a big dark cloud so i went home and peered out from behind the curtains

ive been in aberdovey all day on the beach with the kids loverly day.
