Serious thread.
Over 30 men found guilty of being involved in organised dog fighting in Birmingham. A man found guilty of both urinating and then covering in shaving foam,(whilst his pal filmed it) a woman lying on the ground who was obviously in distress and in need of assistance,(she later died from her condition) Everyday there is yet another shocking tale that has been played out. What can be done? Who is to blame? How can the country be made safer for the children and adults of tomorrow? p.s. I live in Spain and trust me there are equally shocking incidents that take place here also. Amongst the most unacceptable is that of the horrendous number of domestic violence incidents that in too many cases lead to the death of the female in the relationship. Discuss....... |

Another incident...
So while the guy gets £15,000+ damage to his car, the offender gets a pathetic £1000 fine and some community service.. Gee, thats such a good deterant to other yobs........ ![]() http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/norfolk/7003256.stm Seriously, how to stop the degeneration of Britan? I don't think you can anymore, its past it. Kids (and that i mean young adults) arn't responsible enough for their actions. From what i see and have heard from chavvy mouths, "i only wanna kid so i can get them to go out and get my shopping and its also a good income" My jaw hit the ground. How can kids get better if their own parents arn't responsible enough to give them a decent upbringing. By that i don't mean material items, but proper love, attention, and knowledge. Theres a few left, but these people who are parents like this are a fast dissapearing breed. The worst part is, the current parents who've brought up their kids in this culture don't even realise what they are/are not doing and are ignorent to their kids and their attitudes. Kids rule the parents these days. Watch that "eastenders" soap and that ian beales girl, thats exactly what i mean. Kids control the parents, not vice versa (missis watches it, I hate it). |

There has always been troublesome groups. My dad was a tearaway in his youth, blasting about on a triumph tiger cub with no exhaust, and probably doing all sorts of illegal things.
There isnt much way to stop it, but parents could do more. Nowadays, kids get too many material things (computers, phones, etc etc). When I was younger, I didnt get anything unless it was my birthday or christmas, or if i really needed it (e.g. footwear every 6 months). Instead, my parents would take me and my brothers and my sister out to places, as a family. Simple things like a walk in the forest, or to the beach, or swimming. I have a great deal of respect for my parents, and I hope that my kids will be the same with me. I certainly won't be giving into every demand, and - like my parents - will assist my children in getting what they want from life, but not just giving it to them on a silver platter with fanfare and a big glitzy party. Look at these kids on MTV's "my super sweet 16" or whatever it is. Disgusting! They shout at daddy for getting a £60,000 car in the wrong colour! And its the same in england. I also think kids have too many rights. Whats wrong with a little clip around the ear? Done me no harm. Matt |

What is it nowdays 2 kids as a single mum and you get a council house. Kids nowdays see that as their aim in life.
Its a downward spiral that will never end mainly because (in my opinion of course).......... - Skanky lazy familys dont want to work, so claim disability benefits and have kids to fund their life....they have 3, 4 or even 5 kids and get £40k a year tax free and a house.............this of course funded by the normal working population, who cant afford to have kids as both parties have to work hard to fund the skanky families who have 5 kids. - The Normal working population cant afford to have kids, but at 16 years of age the kids from the skanky family are breeding their own family of skanky kids living off the state. They are like Rats unless you have a mass cull the skanky folk will continue to breed and produce more of their kind slowly destroying the decent civilisation. |

ITs dead true though.
This government helps those who can't be arsed to do anything, and smothers those who go to work every day and pay taxes. Cut the benifits, people will soon slow down the baby making. Why will they if they don't get a free house, don't get £40k a year. Labour makes me sick. |
