Put them on the wheels and ride them to the destination.
Of course you will need to arrange transportation of replacement tyres to your destination. |

Dont ever use parcels to go. Absolute S***e!!!! They sent a parcel of mine to Swizerland rather than Geurnsey. Then told me over 28 days later that they had lost it and I had no entitlement to a refund! I use Parcelforce 48 and never had a problem with them in well over a year.
