Put them on the wheels and ride them to the destination.

Of course you will need to arrange transportation of replacement tyres to your destination.

Dont ever use parcels to go. Absolute S***e!!!! They sent a parcel of mine to Swizerland rather than Geurnsey. Then told me over 28 days later that they had lost it and I had no entitlement to a refund! I use Parcelforce 48 and never had a problem with them in well over a year.
