Hey there, been pointed in this direction by one of my real life friends! (Von Teese)
I've already been a bit naughty and posted a for sale thread before this one.....Hope I don't annoy too many people!
I have to admit, I'm not an SV owner although my sister is (for now) and having appropriated the keys to one of my friends SV1000 before now, I have to say that they're not bad bikes....For a suzuki ;)
I am I'm afraid a die hard Kawasaki fan, ask Von Teese about me, she'll tell you :smt036
In the garage at the minute are:
Honda VFR400 nc24
Kawasaki ZX6R f3
Kawasaki ZX636 c1h (track only)
Kawasaki ZX636 c6f
Kawasaki ZX7R p3
With plans to add :
Kawasaki ZX9R e1 or e2
Kawasaki ZX10R d6f or d7f
The 9 and the 10 will be my bikes as my OH is waiting for a ZX8R to be released :smt036
Errrmmm what else?
I'm 27, female if you hadn't guessed) been riding for ten years now, had a couple of nasty accidents, had a lot of minor accidents, love spannering, do all my own mechanics, work for GirlsBike2, love my track days.
Think that's it!
Piccy whoring time!

Hmmm I have thought about your offer to take a bike off my hands and unfortunately on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.....Please try again later ;)
I've been doing track days now on and off since '06, I run in Inters these days and am aiming for advanced group before I hit 30 :smt036 I know my problem areas so technically it's do-able :smt120

It's ok, I'm officially the only one in my family with any taste....younger sister has a k1 SV, Dad has a k5 SV, middle nephew had a marauder.....I don't know where I went wrong with them :(
:smt044
I have to admit that the biggest selling point for us on the new house was that it had a very large double garage - room for all the bikes and my OH's work gear
I wouldn't get jealous though....The cost of keeping them running is stupid! :(

Hello Bikerchick82!
Any friend of Von Teese is very welcome and what a fab selection of bikes you have! I'm just about to get a CBR400 NC29 so I might be asking you for riding tips. Judging by your track piccies, I could, as a new rider, certainly pick up some good things from you!
Oh.......don't listen to anything Stretchie says about me.....it's all lies!!!:smt040

Hiya and a big welcome... fantastic pics and quite a collection of bikes you have. How do you know which one to ride when you decide to go out?
bikerchick82
08-07-09, 05:46 PM
Hey Grunty :D
VT has a lot to answer for you know.....She's actually turning me into a girl!!
Although I'm still not sure about wearing skirts and dresses ;)
You should come out with me and her.....Ask her about the last time we went out and when I decided to do a fly by on her :smt044
Hey Claire, it's quite easy really, most of my riding is the 100 mile commute to work....So it's the ZX6R.....The track 636 speaks for itself, the road 636 is technically my OH's but I think I've ridden it more than him this year :smt044
The ZX7R is kept at a mates house as the garage isn't big enough here, in fact it needs new shoes putting on and an MOT, the viffer was bought because I thought I'd use it as a winter hack.....I then got promotion and moved to 50 miles away so that became redundant - it'll be for sale when I can be bothered to tart it up  So then I was going to use it on track but the 636 suits me much better!
So, there's only really two out of the five bikes that really get used :smt053
-- and the other pressing question,...
Do you have matching leathers for each bike???
bikerchick82
08-07-09, 09:26 PM

Although I'm still not sure about wearing skirts and dresses ;)
She has offered to untangle my hair and give it something of a trim and restyle. Well, to be honest I am a bit of a tomboy and I am not so good at the girly stuff, I spend most of my days up to my elbows in broken mountain bikes and a ropey old CG125.
V T is such a lovely lass too and really encouraging about me taking my big bike test. :D
Any friend of Von Teese is very welcome
That is true. :D
Have fun and try to fix that little personality fault. It's ok, my girlfriend has the same one. Fancy thinking that Kawasaki* are better than Suzuki (hides before she gets a slap from Carol!). :smt042
* I really love the original Z650 with it's little Duck tail and pretty engine, but saw a new model Z750 recently in Black and had to admit that if I had the cash, I would have traded in the SV for it. ;)

Jayne, she's truly lovely inside and out is VT (I'm not going to praise her too much....She'll only get a big head ;))
I can honestly say that she's one of my best mates and I know that she'll always be there for me!
She's doing my hair next Thursday (if I can keep hold of my day off  ) re style and high lights!
I'm actually looking forward to it which means that she's succeeding in her dastardly plan to make me a girl!
As for my personality fault? Nah, I think I'll keep it...I kinda like it :smt046

Haha I remember when i saw VT outside Subway once at Tescos, she was in her work kit and I didn't notice who it was at first, I'd rode up the path about 25 yards and dodged a few pedestrians to get there, thought she was gonna nick me when she come over. Then I realised who it was :)

I know that there a few Coppers on here, fine upstanding members of the public every one of them too. (please don't push me down the stairs! :crutches:)
Seriously though, I know that you Folks do a good job, often in hard circumstances. Back in my youth, wanting to hang out with the local Patch club, I never really saw the Police as anything other than Big Brother watching my every move. So what if I wanted to get drunk and cause trouble, I was just having fun with my mates... :toss:
Anyway, to you coppers out there. Good on ya, just don't nick me! :smt042

Ah thanks for outing me guys lol!
Lots of answers to lots of questions
Yes I was on these forums before as SupaSonic and Shadowangel, left on 2 occasions, came back on 3 because I was persuaded to by lots of orgers who disagreed with my reasons for leaving.
Yes I am the SupaSonic from the Boobie thread, yes I got them done, yes they are amazing, yes they look natural (ask bikerchick and fizzy fish as both have seen them..-female friend privilages) and yes it was the best £5000 Ive ever spent!
Yes Im a police officer for my sins
I have met Plowsie, Dirty Dog, Kit Kat, Stu, Tara, Falc, Jayneflakes (and her Carol), Fizzy Fish, Lissa and a few others in the flesh, all such lovely people.
I dont 'do' forums, this is the only one I write on, really only because the people on it are wonderful and I have made a lot of friends on here.
Yes I will be converting Fizzy Fish, Bikerchick82 and Jayneflakes to the art of vintage 'burlesque'...so maybe those girly sleepovers where the hair and makeup get done isnt actually a urban legend.
Hmm what else, no I think thats it!

Met him when I worked there for a while and he is lovely, heard from him again last year when he phoned me to appear at the Old Bailey to give evidence.
